Now that the star is on the Christmas tree, the Christmas season has officially begun at Sparks' Haven!!! (It sure is handy that Jonathan is tall enough to place the star on the tree without a stepladder!) A Christmas tradition for many many years in Diane's family involves the many crocheted snowflakes and star for the tree she has created over the years. It has been lovely to continue combining our traditions, especially as we enjoy this very first Christmas in in our home here.
