This photo was actually taken after their dance recital, but it is my favorite of the photos Bill and I were able to get. We had the fun privilege of going to MaryKate's and Sara's dance recital on May 5, 2012. MaryKate was one of the Egyptian dancers, and Sara was a leprechaun/Irish dancer, where they each did GREAT! But the highlight of the show was their duet, "Love in any language". In it, they also did sign language as well as dance, which is how their 2 yr old brother mostly communicates. It was very special and emotional!!!

Our camera isn't that great of quality, so many of ours when they were on stage didn't turn out, but we treasure the ones that did, for they remind us of the happy feelings we had as we watched. The best part, is the obvious love and caring these sisters have for each other, and for their brothers, too!!! (And don't you love their hair?!! Heidi is the best at doing braids ever!)

These 2 are during their duet. These photos don't do them justice, so please see their blog. One of my favorite parts of this was glancing over at their little brother Kyle, who was standing on the seat, riveted to his sisters' every move, knowing it was "his" dance!!!
