Twas the week before Christmas...Part One!

  Dec. 19th through 21st, 2011:
Heidi, Kevin, Nikolai, MaryKate, Sara and Kyle came for a pre-Christmas Play-in-the-Snow visit!!!  Kandy and Kendall got to join in some of the fun, too!

Twas the week before Christmas,

And all around the house

Was snow!  Came a call

Can we come to your house?

Yes, yes! was the answer,

And soon they did come

With a motor home to stay in

All cozy and warm.

The skies were so sunny,

The snow was just right.

They "experienced snow"

From the morning till night!

Lot's of fun visiting,

And crafting galore;

SUCH a great time!

We hope soon there'll be MORE!

Grandma Diane even got to be outside a little, even tho she was going thru some knee and ulcer pain.  So glad to enjoy the fun!!!

How handy to drive the motor home to the sledding hill, so the toddler can take a nap while the big kiddos play!  Not many photos of sledders, as our camera gets cranky in cold.
