These photos are backwards, because this was the end of their visit--oh well!!! Raylin and Kiley are so excited that we are getting ready to drive to Glendale, so they can meet their new baby sister! First they got to spend a week or so with Kevin, Kirstan, Kandy & Kendall, and we visited with them a few times. (See Kandy's blog for some adorable photos!) Then, they spent Sunday and Monday with us, and we drove them home Monday evening. These 2 photos are on Monday afternoon.
The day before, on Sunday after church, I was in the bathroom, and outside the door Grandpa Bill was saying, "I don't know where the girls are!" Was that his serious voice or his silly voice? When I came out, we couldn't see the girls, just a lump in our bed. Suddenly, the covers came off and these two giggly girls said "Here we are!" Their smiles are like sunshine!!!
A few days before, Kandy, Kendall, Raylin, & Kiley came over for some fun at the park and a marshmallow roast in our back yard. Sticky fun!
What a joy these days have been! Exhausting, but pure joy!!! In the next blog post, we will show when Raylin and Kiley got to meet their new baby sister!!! How wonderful to spend time with grandchildren!
