We recently had the opportunity to visit Karl, Charla & Heather at their new home in Huntsville, Alabama, thanks to their generous gift of Diane's plane fare as a birthday gift. We had a wonderful time! They are fun and gracious host & hostesses and helped us feel right at home.
One thing Huntsville is famous for is the US Space and Rocket Center. Visiting it was fulfilling a lifelong dream for Bill, who grew up going to air shows with his parents and watching the advances in space travel with great enthusiasm. Ask Bill about his friend's dad who flew SR-71 Blackbird planes like this one. And ask Heather to sing "We all live in a yellow submarine" which she learned on the spot as we visited this exhibit.
