Kitchen Fire Alert!

Our neighbors recently had a kitchen grease fire, that was considerably worse than it might have been because they had cooking oil stored in cupboards above the stove. (Aaaak! I have always stored my kitchen oil there!) When the oil containers heated up, they swelled and leaked and splattered oil, which caught on fire, spreading the fire on the stovetop even further up the wall. We promised our neighbors that we would move our oil (we did!) and tell everyone we know.
