We enjoyed Emily's visit so much! And, of course, HoneyBear has a new best friend!
Emily is Diane's niece, the daughter of Diane's sister Suzanne & husband Dan. She lives in Utah, and got to come to Arizona for a vacation with her Aunts and Uncles. Here, she is doing some practice chrochet. Diane didn't realize that Emily was observing so much, as Diane crocheted while we were watching movies. By the time Emily started on her own yarn, she had a lot already figured out! Diane really likes doing crafts with visitors, and it was fun that Emily chose chrocheting this time.

We discovered why, as a couple of minutes after getting in the car, a huge hailstorm suddenly thundered down! We were very glad we didn't stay longer!)
