More of David and Mandy's family!

We couldn't resist putting these 2 photos in, even tho they are in a previous post. The visit began with a fascination with, but being very wary about eachother, and keeping lots of distance. 2 days later, Faith and Solomon could touch HoneyBear without fear, and could be in the room together for short periods, with grown-ups of course.
We are so glad that our doggy and our sweet grandchildren can be friends.

Faith likes to help get things ready for lunch!

Whoosh! Wow, you took that hat off fast, Solomon!
Lots of happy playing! The Christmas tree looks on happily. Its so nice to have little ones around during the holidays!

Mandy happily helps out in the kitchen a lot, as Diane is extra worn out and had to rest quite a bit. David helped a lot shoveling snow, and had intended to help Bill clean out the garage. That project got replaced by some heavy discussions, but we appreciated his original intent to help with the big job. While Mandy and Diane were sewing, Bill and David and the children talked about having some fun with the sled in the forest at the end of our street! No photos, but a great, fun memory for them! Actually, Diane couldn't find ANY photos with Bill and David in them for this visit. What's up with that? Maybe we will still find some and post them later? We were grateful that the weather was sunny while they were here. Its a lot more fun to play in the snow when it is sunny!

Here are Faith and Solomon with the snowlady they built in our yard! Thanks for the visit! A good way to end 2008!
