Kiley Crosby's Blessing Day!

A dress and slip for angel Kiley's special day!
Grandma Diane had such a peaceful, happy feeling as she made it! Even tho she was too ill from the spider or tick bite (and treatment) to go to Mesa and the blessing, it was nice to have a part in Kiley's special day.

Grandpa Bill and Kiley Crosby! (Don't you just love to hear her name?!!) Look, are they both glowing?!!

"Hi, Grandpa Bill", says big sister Raylin, with the sparkly eyes. " I have my own toy camera now, so I can take pictures just like you!" (as told by Grandpa Bill, at least as well as I can remember it!)

I want to take a picture of baby Kiley, but she is crying?!! Oh-oh!

Here, gently rock her just a little. It will help!

There, all better now? Time to go to church for your blessing!!! All ready?

Isn't the blurriness in this photo kind of cute? It shows the gentle up and down jiggling to keep Kiley feeling comfy. Her Daddy Jonathan gave her such a special blessing. We are so thankful he holds and honors the Priesthood, and can perform this sacred ordinance.

Bill has such fond memories of when Melina, as an almost teenager, held Kandy as a baby, looking forward to being a Mom herself someday. Now Kandy, a teenager, lovingly holds Melina's baby!

And Raylin happily dances, dances...

...and sings and dances...while the grownups visit...and then she...

looks down to make sure her treasure of a baby sister is doing OK...

And she is! Not just OK, but serene!!! Oh, what a blessed blessing day!
